In 1987, acid house was born! It was the start of something big, and in Ibiza’s clubs such as Space, Amnesia and KU, dance-crazy ravers from all over the world partied to XTC until the early hours of the morning. Drums with a real punch, handclaps accompanied by those bubbling acid lines from the Roland TB-303 sequencer and purple-red pads will take you on a journey to the beginnings of electronic club culture – a journey you’ll never forget! Rooftop Acid was created by the pool on the roof of a hotel in Ibiza Town. With the party blues of a wild night in Las Dalias and Akasha in my head, it was easy to turn my emotions into a rousing acid house track.

Rooftop Acid entstand am Pool auf dem Dach eines Hotels in Ibiza Stadt. Mit dem Partyblues einer wilden Nacht in Las Dalias und Akasha im Kopf, war es ein Leichtes, die erlebten Emotionen in einen mitreißenden Acid House Track zu verwandeln.
